Updating from v1.0.1 or later? Replace tw-builderjob only — tw-builder-stream, tw-builder-map and tw-builder-vehicles did not change. Back up your config/ folder first. See v1.0.5, v1.0.3 and v1.0.2.

Updating from v1.0.0? v1.0.1 is a full replacement — delete the old version and install the new one, and replace the tw-builder-stream files too (the streamed assets were reorganized).

Two options were renamed: Config.MoneyType → Config.CurrencySymbol, Config.MoneyType2 → Config.MoneyAccount. Back up your config/ folder first, then reapply your settings under the new names. See v1.0.1.

Update Instructions

Automatic Updates

Scripts purchased through Cfx.re automatically receive updates:

1. Go to portal.cfx.re

2. Navigate to Granted Assets

3. Find tw-builderjob

4. Click Download to get the latest version

Manual Update Process

1. Backup your current files

   • Save your config/config.lua

   • Save your config/secrets/discord.lua

   • Save any modified files in config/jobs/ and config/systems/

2. Download the new version

3. Extract and replace files

   • Replace all files except your config files

   • Replace tw-builder-stream, tw-builder-map and tw-builder-vehicles as well when they change

   • Or compare and merge changes carefully

4. Check for new config options

   • Compare your config with the new default

   • Add any new settings that were added

5. Restart your server

Important: Always backup your configuration files before updating! New versions may add new config options that need to be added to your existing config.

After any update, confirm Config.ReleaseBuild = true before going live.
