## New

### TMC Framework

Set `Config.Framework = 'tmc'` in `config/config.lua`.

### Chinese Language

中文 (`zh`) added — 14 languages in total.

### NPC Vehicle Rental

Set `rentalMode = 'npc'` in `config/systems/vehicle_rental.lua` — vehicles no longer wait on the lot, they spawn when rented. The default stays `'spawn_point'`.

The rental clerk's map blip only shows while you are in a job.

### Rental Menu

* Real photos of every vehicle
* Vehicles you can't rent show a short reason — *"Not used in this job"*, *"Not needed yet"*

### Custom Excavator / Tipper / Mixer

* Arm and tipper controls now live in `config/systems/vehicle_anim_controls.lua`
* The bucket bone can be set by name or index — `/excbones` helps you find it (admin debug command: needs `Config.ReleaseBuild = false` and `Config.DebugCommands = true`)

## Fixed

* **Region 4 (Pipe Yard)** — the job did not start after the previous update (no pipes, *"Another worker is picking up this piece"*).
* **MySQL** — the database tables could not be created on MySQL (MariaDB was fine). Works on MySQL out of the box now — no SQL edits needed.
* **Custom rental vehicles** with a different height never spawned in their bay and kept retrying. Any model works now.
* **Region 9** — the region card showed the full-site reward while a small crew only builds its share. The card now shows your crew's share, and that is exactly what you get paid. Reward changes in `config/data/regions.lua` now apply to Region 9.
* **F8 `[ASSETS MISSING]`** — false alarm on fresh installs (models of a disabled region).
* 6 messages showed in English in every language — now translated.
